As our Customer Success Manager, you will be the key link between our guests, property owners, and operations team. Your mission will be to ensure guests enjoy seamless stays and property owners receive outstanding service, driving satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for guests and property owners.
- Manage communication before, during, and after stays to ensure a smooth experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and issue resolution promptly and professionally.
- Onboard new property owners and provide guidance on best practices.
- Monitor guest feedback, reviews, and ratings to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure properties are well-prepared for each stay.
- Prepare monthly performance and occupancy reports for owners.
- Implement strategies to improve guest retention and owner satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, client relationship management, or hospitality.
- Knowledge of the Airbnb platform and/or property management industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with experience using property management tools and CRM systems.
